Our Return Policy
1. In most cases, we can only process one return or exchange for each order. Items shipped from hausweet.com can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon receipt for free if the product is damaged. If the product is not damaged, customer pays for the shipping for returning or exchanging.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal), Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Your lighting and computer monitor settings might make the colors of the product appear slightly different. Your packages are shipped after overcheck.Hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.
Chromatism problems are not eligible for return.
Artificial damage is not eligible for return.
Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
Start your return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your return. A return address will be sent to you.
Please note, returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal).

How to return/refund the product?
Items shipped from hausweet.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

We’d suggest contacting your nearest post office to return for a better customs clearance procedure.
How to get the refund?
By default, a refund goes to your original funding source.
Refund of Sale Items
If you placed your order during a sale period, your order is NOT eligible for a refund. All orders placed during sales are non-refundable and are FINAL sales.
You must email us within 7 days from the day you received your package. We will send you the return address. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
A refund takes up to 5 business days to be credited back to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
