Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team anytime! Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time (1-3 Business Day) + Shipping Time

Warehouse Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

Shipping Time
1.Standard (around 7-15 working days): Free shipping over $89

(Note: We will charge a $6 shipping  fee when your total order amount less than $89.)

2.Expedited (5-7 working days): $12

(Note:Only for certain high price and fragile ceramic products, which can only be transported in this way.The freight of these products will be displayed automatically on the checkout page.)

 ORDER STATUS

To check on the status of your order, email at service@hausweet.com. Please include your order number information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of the purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

TIPS FOR SHIPPING

A) Standard shipping offer only applies to shipping within designated regions. Duties and taxes may be levied by the shipping company upon delivery. We are required by international law to disclose the full value of all shipping contents. Processing and transit times are approximate. The Flate rate is approximate based on the current exchange rate of your chosen currency. Shipping is subject to availability. We are not able to process shipping to the APO/FPO address.

B) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.

C) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.

D) Your order tracking information will be updated when it arrives in the carrier's regional facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of transit shipment. Thanks for your patience. If you have any questions, please chat with us immediately.
